JULES BIANCHI: FAMILY OF THE LATE JULES BIANCHI SUES FIA AND MURUSSIA

The late Jules Bianchi died due to track negligence after he ran into a crane car that was removing a damaged car on the track in 2014 at the Japanese Grand Prix.

After the crash he was in a coma for 9 months and eventually passing away.

The family of the late Bianchi through his father has decided to sue the sports governing body FIA as well as the team he used to work with Murrusia and Formula One Group.

The family has used a lawyer from England to deal with the suit.

Bianchi was the second driver to die in a championship after the late Ayrton Senna in 1994
