Manchester City for the first time in history has made it to the semifinals of the Champions League but their dream to go further ended after Real Madrid knocked them out.
Real Madrid beat Manchester City by 1 goal from a shot from Gareth Bale that hit City's Fernando.
Real Madrid will face Atletico Madrid at the San Siro on the 28th May.
The two teams are meeting again since 2014 whereby Real won 4-1 during the extra time.
