Sergio Aguero has been charged with violent conduct for using his elbow and may miss a derby match against Manchester United on September 10...In the 76th minute Aguero swung his left elbow towards West Ham defender Winston Reid but the officials did not see the incident according to the Football Association...The incident was caught on camera...If he is found guilty he will face a 3 game ban.
