Nemanja Vidic is a player who was very instrumental in the success of Manchester United has decided to call it quits.
He left United in 2014 after being with the Red Devils for 8 years.
Vidic won 5 Premier League trophies and 1 Champion League trophy.
The former Captain of United told the Manchester United web page, ManUtd.com, that time has come to retire and the decision was because of many injuries over a long period of time.
Vidic thanked his former coaches and the players he played with during his entire career as well as his fans.
