South Africa's star athlete Oscar Pistorius has been found guilty of murdering his lover Reeva Steenkamp. Reeva was murdered by Pistorius in their home on February 2013.
At the moment Pistorius is under house arrest after serving jail time of one year. After the change in the charge he has to go back to court for a new sentencing.
The ruling came from the Supreme Court and it said the lower courts failed to clarify the law.
