Police in Lexington say Trinity Gay was hit in the neck during an exchange of fire between two cars...She was rushed to the hospital and was pronounced dead...A murder investigation into the shooting has been opened...One of the cars has been located and two people are in custody for questioning...Her father Mr. Gay confirmed the news through local TV station Lex 18...His daughter was also an athlete at Lafayette High School...Senseless killings are taking innocent lives everyday in America and this case is yet another sad story...Rest in peace young soul.
