The comments were made pre-Liverpool game when he said it would be "difficult" for Taylor to officiate the Liverpool game...Managers are not allowed to comment on referees before a match since 2009...
Mourinho has up to 31 October to respond to a charge of improper conduct...Taylor issued 4 yellow cards to Manchester United.
