LEGENDARY CAMEROON INTERNATIONAL STRICKER AND BARCELONA STAR SAMUEL ETO'O ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT FROM FOOTBALL


Barcelona star and Cameroon international legend Samuel Eto'o has decided to retire from football...

Eto'o has had a 22 year glittering career that gave him international recognition worldwide.

He was instrumental in helping Barcelona get three La Liga titles and two Champions League titles.

He staeyd at Camp Nou for five years then he moved to Inter Milan in 2009.

At Milan he won the Champions League for the third time with Jose Mourinho.

He played for Chelsea and Everton in the English Premier League. In total he has played for 13 teams during his career.

"The End. Towards a new challenge. Thank you all, big love." tweeted Eto'o. 

Cameroon has enjoyed success with Eto'o as he has scored 56 goals in 118 appearances.

In addition to his country's accolades he also helped Cameroon win the 2000 Olympic Gold and the African Cup of Nations the same year.

Cameroon won the African Cup of Nations again two years after with Eto'o.
