Serena Williams tried her best but it was not good enough and lost the match 6-3 7-5.
The teenager blow a double break in the second set before a third match point to see her fall on the ground.
The 15th seed told the crowd, "This year has been a dream come true."
"I'm beyond grateful and truly blessed. I've worked really hard for this moment. To play on this stage against Serena - a true legend of the sport - is amazing."
The New York crowd was not so happy Serena lost but in sports things happen. She will comeback stronger next time.
"Bianca played an unbelievable match," said Serena.
"I'm so proud and happy for you. It was incredible tennis out there."
The Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau send a message of congratulations to the young Canadian, "Congratulations Bianca Andreescu! You've made history and made a whole country very proud."
