The 8 day event is going to be better and more competitive than before he said..."We have a good budget to work with, thanks to our sponsors...we expect everything to be fine" said Bayigana...
The 8th edition of the Tour competition will run from 13 November to 20 November and will have 17 cycling teams...Each team will have 5 riders totaling 85 riders...8 teams from Africa will take part as well as 4 UCI continental teams and 5 regional teams.
