Scuderia Ferrari have failed to overturn Sebastian Vettel's penalty that he was handed down to him during the Mexican Grand Prix...
Ferrari had new "evidence" but after it was reviewed the race stewards the conclusion remains the same...He was penalised for dangerous driving while battling Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo...He braked while Ricciardo was trying to overtake him...
Apart from Vettel, a 4 time world champion, also Max Verstappen was penalised for overtaking Vettel by bypassing the chicane but was not told to let Vettel pass until the end when he received his penalty.
