F1: JENSON BUTTON TO RETIRE AFTER ABU DHABI


Former world number 1 Jenson Button said he will call it quits after Sunday's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix...His McLaren team was not going to race him in 2017 but had him on the 2018 F1 schedule..."I go into this weekend thinking it's going to be my last race. I think that's the best way." said Button...Jensen Button debuted in 2000 at age 20 and in 2009 won the world championship...


Abu Dhabi race will be his 305th race just below only two people, Rubens Barrichello (322) and Michael Schumacher (306)...His accolades are impressive with with winning 15 F1 races and 50 podium finishes...


He has driven for 7 teams, Williams, Benetton, Renault, BAR, Honda, Brawn and McLaren.
