New South Wales coroner, Michael Barnes,  says Test cricketer was killed by a tragic accident...
Phillip Hughes was hit by a short-pitched ball from bowler Sean Abbot during a match and died at St. Vincent's hospital in Sidney 27 November 2014...The coroner also made recommendations to safeguard players and improve safety...On of which is "unsavory" practice of sledging.
