Gareth Southgate has been offered to manage England...He is in the process of finalising his 4 year contract...
He will take Sam Allardyce's position early next week...His 1st assignment will be against Germany and then with Lithuania 4 days after...Southgate was interviewed by 5 man FA panel at St. George's Park on Monday...It took only 3 hours to impress the 5 man FA panel...He may get a Salary of 1.5 million pounds a year which is less than his predecessor but he will get bonuses if England progresses...He is likely to retain Steve Holland as his assistant...Holland is assistant coach at Chelsea FC.
