UGANDA LADIES OPEN 2017: TANZANIA'S FINEST GOLFER ANGEL EATON SHINES IN KAMPALA

Angel Eaton is one of Tanzania's best golfers and she proved it again as she clinched the Ladies Open in Kampala...
The Kitante competition drew the best golfers from East and Central Africa...

"I am happy to win again in Kampala despite facing stiff opposition, especially from Ugandan players," Eaton said after she won.

 She thanked Lugalo TPDF Golf Club for their sponsorship to her and other fellow golfers...

Eaton grossed 235 total strokes around the 54-holes course in 3 days...

Kitante was graced with players from Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Kenya, Nigeria and Uganda...

Nakalembe Irene from Uganda finished runner up with 237 total gross strokes...

Madina Iddi from Tanzania came out 3rd with a total of 238 strokes...

Madina came from Arusha Gymkhana Club with another player and she hopes to win the Ladies Open next time.
