Tom Brady and his 'bunch' were on fire in the 4th quarter as he managed to throw 2 touchdown passes that made sure New England Patriots are in the Super Bowl for the 3rd time in 4 season...
Patriots beat Jacksonville Jaguars 24-20 and now they will face they mighty Philadelphia Eagles in Minnesota on February 4th.
Eagles on the other hand destroyed Minnesota Vikings 38-7 thanks to Quarterback Nick Foles.
Foles took Carson Wentz's QB position after the later suffered injuries.
Critics dismissed the Eagles chances but Foles proved them wrong.
Foles completed 26 of 33 passes covering 352 yards.
The last time the Eagles were in a Super Bowl was in 1981 whereby they lost and the last time they won the NFL was in 1960 before the Super Bowl era.
Patriots are seeking to equal Pittsburgh Steelers record of 6 Super Bowls.
"We've got a lot of guys that fight and never give up, that know how to play situational football," said Patriots coach Bill Bellichick. "I'm really proud of these guys."
