The deal is going to one of the most expensive deals in modern times.
The 25 year old midfielder wanted to leave the club earlier but things did not work in his favour as Liverpool rejected 3 Barca bids during the summer transfer window but now he will join the Catalans soon.
Liverpool will receive a British record of 105 million pounds upfront for the midfielder and later add-ons will be there.
This is the 2nd highest transfer in history and the highest being the 200 million pounds transfer of Neymar to PSG from Barcelona.
The only other highest fee will happen when Kylian Mbappe is officially bought by PSG from Monaco for 165.7 million pounds.
