It was like ping-pong, back and forth up to the time Jack Wilshire scored and beyond.
Chealse keeper, Courtois, was sublime as he managed to fend off some incredible shots but Wilshire got the best of him in the 63rd minute.
A very soft penalty was awarded to Chelsea much to the dismay of Arsene Wenger and his players.
Cech is not a penalty saver so the ball went in after Eden Hazard shot the ball mid-center.
After that controversial penalty the saga continued as both teams created imaculate chances only to be let down by the forward line.
As the game was winding down on the 84th minute Davide Zappacosta gave Marcos Alonso a low cross that he flicked in and gave Chelsea the lead.
By the time injury time came Chelsea fans knew they had it sealed only to be left dumbfounded by Hector Bellerin's half volley.
By the end of the game both teams had created 33 chances.
"We must be dissapointed, we had a great chance to win, but we must accept the final result. We win together, we lose together, we draw together," said Antonio Conte.
"It was a great football game. That's what you want people to talk about. The media and social networks drive everyone crazy these days, but what is important to me is a good football game," said Arsene Wenger.
