Danny Duffy entered a guilty plea deal after being busted at a Burger King joint...
The Kansas City pitcher will not face any jail time.
Part of the probation deal is that he can not drink for a year and use any illegal drugs as well.
He will also undergo random checks during that year.
He was fined $1,220 for the incident.
According to TMZ Sports who broke the story say Duffy was at a Burger King Drive-Through and slept while waiting for his order.
