Kyrgios was fined $10,000 and was warned earlier for hitting 2 balls out of court due to frustration.
He was bared from collecting $21,085 prize money because he did not sign off a medical that would have said he was hurt or sick.
He was earlier deducted a point after throwing audible obscenities after he lost a point.
He later posted an apology on social media saying he was suffering from a stomach bug.
Fans will be left wondering how does the stomach have to do with his mouth and antics.
