FRENCH OPEN 2017: ANGELIQUE KERBER BECOMES THE 1ST TOP SEED TO FALL IN THE 1ST ROUND
Angelique Kerber made history as she became the 1st top seed to fall during the 1st round...
The top seed was defeated by world number 40 Ekaterina Makarova in just 1 hour and 22 minutes...
The final score was 6-2 6-2 making her top spot almost up for grabs...
Simona Halep as well as Karolina Pliskova can take the top spot...
"Last year was a completely different year," Said Kerber...
