RUGBY WORLD CUP 2023: FRANCE BEAT SOUTH AFRICA AND IRELAND TO HOST RUGBY'S TOP CUP


France will will host 2023 Rugby World Cup after beating South Africa and Ireland...
France woth the 1st round with 18 votes while South Africa got 13 votes and Ireland 8.

The 2nd round of voting France got 24 and South Africa 15. Ireland was eliminated on the 2nd round. 

Ireland were very bitter for not getting support from Wales and Scotland. 

Scotland supported France while Wales supported South Africa. 

South Africa were recommended by an independent review to host the event but the Rugby World Council chose France to host the event.
