F1: LEWIS HAMILTON SAYS PARADISE PAPERS WON'T HINDER HIM DURING THE BRAZILIAN GRAND PRIX

Lewis Hamilton has come out in defence of his performance and said the tax avoidance allegations that came out recently which were revealed in the Paradise Papers will not distract him...
He want to win the coming Brazilian Grand Prix and says he's comfortable with his "core values".

These tax avoidance allegations came out just after he won his 4th world Formula One title that made him the most successful man from Britain.

The Paradise Papers reveal how Hamilton's Red Jet skipped paying VAT (Value Added Tax) through the Isle of Man.

VAT is a European tax and can be reclaimed and the going rate is around 20%.

The Papers say Hamilton received 100% import VAT refund and should have declared and paid VAT at all the European airports he used for leisure.

"Obviously there is a bit of storm surrounding me," said the 4 time champion.

"There are many different stories around, but I don't have anything to add to the whole scenario that has happened. It doesn't distract me from my core values, also what I am here to do which is to try and win the Brazilian Grand Prix for a second time in my life."
