Vettel hit Hamilton at the back then sideways during one of the three restarts...
"He was obviously sleeping and driving alongside and deliberately driving into a driver and coming away scot-free is a disgrace. He disgraced himself. " said Hamilton.

Vettel was given a 10 second stop and go penalty for the incident were by his rival thought it was a 'slap ob the wrist'...
3 point penalty was also added to Vettel for his conduct... He now has 9 penalty points and when he reaches 12 he will be banned...
The Baku race was full of incidents wherby Red Bull took advantage of a faulty Mercedes-Benz headrest and won the race...Something Mercedes would have to ponder about because losing points with a well performing car in front of the pack because of a head restrain is a bit questionable...
