Emmanuel Okwi has put pen to paper toseal a two year deal with Simba Sports Club from Msimbazi.
This is the third time Okwi is joining Simba Sports Club.
Main Simba sponsor 'MO' Dewji in his Eid greetings said he got Okwi as a present from him to the fans.
Simba Vice President Goeffrey 'Kaburu' Nyange was was at the signing.
Okwi came to Simba for the first time in 2010 from Sports Club Villa in Uganda. He stayed until 2013 then moving to Etoil Du Sahel for a $300,000 deal.
