The 70 year-old Cameroonian Hayatou has been in the helm since 1988...He faces no majour challenges come election time...CAF introduced new rules for the presidency last year stipulating the term of the President...A maximum of 3 four year terms and since the rules apply from September last year then Hayatou can stay for up to 12 years...Hayatou is also Senior Vice-President of FIFA...The next election is on March 16 in Addis Ababa.
