F1: AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX | PRACTICE

Lewis Hamilton went ahead of the pack followed by Max Verstappen from Red Bull...
It was a close practice session as 0.283 separated Mercedes, Red bull and Ferrari. Hamilton was 0.127 ahead of Max Verstappen.

Lewis said, "The gap closed up a little bit between all the cars, but that's exciting anyway."

"It's more challenging for me to eke out more from the cars, discover whether I have lost something or they have all gained, but I enjoy the driving."

Rain is in the forecast over the weekend so things are going to be very interesting.

If it rains it will be the 4th Australian Grand Prix to experience rain. In 1991 Ayrton Senna was declared the winner in Adelaide after the race was canceled due to bad weather.
