F1: RED BULL HAS INVESTED £304.2M WITH NO HUGE RETURNS

Red Bull racing has invested £304.2m in the 2019 campaign but with not much to show for...

The team has not made major strides after all that investment into the team.

It is the most invested since it was acquired by the drinking giant in 2004.

Red Bull's books show a spike of acceleration of cost of about 8.9%.

Usually F1 cars are made one year prior to the racing season.

Most of the cost went to research and development and staff.

Last time they won was 2013 and now competition is even stiffer with Ferrari and Mercedes pushing hard.
