Marquez bagged his 3rd win as favorite home pole leader Johann Zarco crashed out during the 7th lap after colliding with Luthi.
Danilo Petrucci finished 2nd with veteran rider Valentino Rossi taking 3rd and Jack Miller from Australia took 4th spot.
Dani Pedrosa took 5th place at the French MotoGP.
Marquez had a smooth and unchallenged ride all the way at Le Mans.
Marquez has now reached 38 wins at the top of MotoGP.
