BOXING: EPIC BOUT IN LONDON AS ANTHONY JOSHUA STOPS WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO ON THE 11TH ROUND

Anthony Joshua proved his worth at Wembley Stadium when he added a WBA to his IBF crown after knocking Wladimir Kclitschko in a very entertaining and thrilling way...

The Ukrainian took a serious left-hook from Joshua and went down before the ref ended the fight as a jubilant Joshua threw his hands into the air accompanied with thunderous applause from a post-war record of 90,000 fans at Wembley...

By the time the ref stopped the match the score cards read 96-93 and 95-93 for Joshua and 95-93 for Klitschko...

According to CompuBox Josh outlanded Klitschco 107-94

It was truly an epic night for boxing and for the Anthony Joshua who has 19 knockouts in his 19 carrier wins...

"If you don't take part, you fail. Boxing is about character. There is nowhere to hide. No complications about boxing. Anyone can do this. Give it a go. You live your ego at the door. Massive respect to Klitschko. He's a role model in and out of the ring and I've got nothing but love and respect for anyone who steps up in the ring. I love you. Can I go home now?" said the Anthony Joshua after the fight.
