Mesut Ozil is once again not helping his team despite the amount of money he is taking home.
In short, his behavior is worse than a spoilt rich kid who is always moaning and not helping much his family.
Ozil was upset for being sent to the bench and while that happened he kicked his glove.
Ljumberg said he will deal with him behind the scenes and that he substituted Ozil because he needed more energy.
"I took Mesut Ozil off because I wanted more energy in the team," said Ljumberg as quoted by Goal.com.
"How he reacts is up to him. We will deal with it later. I'm here on a day-to-day basis but of course we want players in the right way."
Ozil has stirred up yet again another international incident by taking a swipe at China over the treatment of the ethnic-minority Muslims, Uighur Muslims.
China reacted angrily by pulling off-air Arsenal's live game on their main broadcasting network CCTV.
They then showed a tape delayed Tottenham Hotspur and Wolverhampton Wonderers game.
It is a major issue because it now involves the Premier League establishment.
China in terms of business sense is very vital to the Premier League with rights sold for $700m for the 2019-2022 cycle.
Arsenal as a club has distanced itself from Ozil's comments.
"The content he expressed is entirely Ozil's personal opinion.
"As a football club, Arsenal has always always adheres to the principle of not being involved in politics," the club said on China's Twitter like page called Weibo.
Those comments were met with harsh responses from fans.
