Ancelotti is making another Premier League comeback.
He will be announced as the new Everton manager on Wednesday before the Carabao Cup quarter-final against Leicester.
Owner of Everton Fahad Moshiri and chairman Ken Wright had Ancelotti on top of his list ater sacking Marco Silva.
Ancelotti was sacked last week by Napoli.
Arsenal has a strong interest on getting Ancelliti but now Everton will enjoy his grand services.
Everton will host Arsenal at Goodison Park on Saturday.
