Roger started coaching Floyd in the 1990's resulting in Floyd being the best pound for pound fighter with a record of 50-0.
Roger was also a champ in his own right in the 1980's. He held titles in featherweight and welterweight.

Floyd Mayweather has been through a tough time recently when the mother of his three children Josie Harris died inside a car in California.
