Everton looked in control from start to finish while Manchester United looked confused and more like a 3rd tier team today with Solskjaer apologising at the end after a 4-0 thrashing...
United have lost 5 straight games in all competitions and this has not happened since 1981.
"We're way off where we want to be. When you lose in the league like we did here, everyone sees that we have a big job to do" said Solskjaer
"This club has been down before, we've just got to pick ourselves up. It might not happen overnight, but it's going to happen.
"We know it's a big task ant there is work to be done. We have to do it together, we have to get on with it because this is not good enough."
Everton looked well prepared and forced many corners and ending up 2-0 by halftime with goals from Richarlison and Gylfi.
United under their new manager will have to revamp the team if they want to stand a chance at the top of the premier league.
The United bosses need to dig deep in their pockets in order to meet their managers requests or else face doom next season.
The premier league has become very competitive and there is no room for complacency
