F1: LEWIS HAMILTON WARNS FERRARI OVER LECLERC

Lewis Hamilton has called out to Ferrari too be careful with team orders or risk resentment from Charles Leclerc...

Hamilton was talking before the Azerbaijan Grand Prix this coming weekend referring team orders from Ferrari to Leclerc with his experience at McLaren with Alonso.

"It goes against core values because you are a racing driver at heart," said the world champion.

"That is why I understand why Charles feels because in his heart he believes he is the best, or at least got the potential to be the best. It is like having your lights dimmed. As a racer and a fierce competitor, you naturally rebel. They might say to do one thing, but the fight in you wants to push the other way. I have experienced that."

So far Ferrari has favoured Sebastian Vettel in all team orders this season against Charles Leclerc.

The reason may be due to Vettel having more experience.

Ferrari has been clear that in all 50-50 chances they will favour Vettel over Leclerc.

In China it was a "awkward" team orders that never really worked and left Charles Leclerc completely upset.

Vettel was never a mach for Mercedes in China leaving so many questions unanswered.
