Raiders Wide Receiver (WR) Henry Ruggs III will be facing charges of DUI after being involved in a car crash early Tuesday that resulted in the death of one person.
According to the police Ruggs was driving at high speeds and veered to the lane where a Rav 4 was travelling causing the death of a 23 year old woman.
The woman was trapped in the vehicle when it caught fire She died on the scene.
Ruggs III was not immediately charged but will be pending police investigation.
In the State of Nevada probation is not an option and minimum sentence for someone causing death by way of DUI is two years in State prison.
Maximum sentence of the same is 20 years in State prison.
