Kim Kardashian was sporting a whole new 90s look when she went to the Super Bowl LX at Levi's Stadium with new love interest Lewis Hamilton on Sunday. 

The mother-of-four, 45, wore clip-in bangs, oversized shaded and a choker, a look she sported before to the CFDA in 2023, which was inspired by 90s Pamela Anderson, now 58, according to her hairdresser.

And it transpires that F1 champ Lewis, 41,  has a love for all things 90s, channelling the fashion in double denim.

And his appreciation spans driving iconic 90s machinery, specifically Ayrton Senna’s 1990 McLaren and wearing nostalgic 90s national team tracksuits. 

He also enjoys 90s cinema and his favourite movie is Cool Runnings, which was released in 1993.

Kim's long-term hairstylist Chris Appleton posted a picture of Kim's new look on socials and wrote: 'Super Bowl bangs' and previously discussed the secret behind her clip-in fringe. 

He told Vogue: 'The look was inspired by '90s Pammy. It was a much more undone look than we’ve done previously and adding piecey bangs really gave it a lived-in finish.

'I followed her cheekbones for placement. Kim and I worked visually, just grabbing hair and pinning it into place. From there, the key element was getting the separation in the bangs.'

Kim has never gone on a date to the Super Bowl before, although in 2010, she was pictured there with boyfriend, running back, Reggie Bush, who was playing.

Sunday night was the first public outing for Kim and Lewis after conducting their secret romance behind closed doors.  

The pair were spotted enjoying the showdown between the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots, amid reports they are enjoying a 'secret romance'.

It comes days after Kim and Lewis were pictured checking in to upmarket hotel Estelle Manor.

The pair were seen arriving with a motorcade in tow at the five-star establishment in the English Cotswolds, which is frequented by the rich and famous.

They enjoyed an intimate dinner and a couple's massage as part of a romantic weekend getaway to the A-list favourite spot in the Cotswolds.

Kim jetted into the UK on her $125 million private jet to spend just time with her new beau at the exclusive venue, with three bodyguards protecting the couple.

Then they both travelled to Paris where Kim was promoting her Nike SKIMS line.

A lip reader has unmasked the conversation between the two at the Super Bowl as Lewis seemingly promised Kim that she would meet his mom in a viral clip from the broadcast. 

'No I don't take just any girl to my mom, I mean you're gonna meet someday, she is very excited to see you,' he reportedly said to Kim, according to expert Nicola Hickling, who is the founder of LipReader. 

Hickling told the Daily Mail that Kim appeared to 'shuffle uncomfortably in her seat' and covered her face 'before replying with a simple okay'.

Meanwhile body language expert Judi James revealed to the Daily Mail how Kim used a 'hot and cool' flirting technique that left Lewis 'purring'.

'Firstly, there is the pose that registers undivided attention between them, which is a form of non-verbal stroke when you're on a date,' James said, dissecting their interaction.

'Kim actually leans back to take in Lewis visually as he speaks and this flattering "stroke" produces a "purr" response from him which is visible in the way his facial features soften and he talks through a smile of pleasure.'

James noted that, 'Kim adds to the flirting when the tip of her tongue appears at the side of her mouth. This is usually seen as a gesture of playful desire or interest.'

'But then she seems to switch to a very smart technique of intense interest followed by distraction, suddenly looking away after bathing Lewis in her interested gaze.'

'She even brings one hand up to touch her hair and hide her face from him. This hot/cool body language technique is used to capture someone's attention and to get them to coax the signals of interest back again,' James observed.

'Kim's hand to hair gesture looks like a preen here, suggesting she sees Lewis as a very suitable "catch" to show off with pride at this public event.'

Bad Bunny is coming! On September 28, during halftime for Sunday Night Football, the NFL and Roc Nation announced that the Debí Tirar Más Fotos musician will headline the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show, which will take place on February 8 at the Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

Bad Bunny has performed at the Super Bowl once before, previously making a cameo during Jennifer Lopez and Shakira's Halftime Show in 2020 — but he'll be the headline performer for the first time ever for the 2026 event. “@badbunnypr is bringing Puerto Rico to the world’s biggest stage,” the official Apple Music account shared on Instagram.

“What I’m feeling goes beyond myself,” the Puerto Rican singer, whose given name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, shared in a statement. “It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown… this is for my people, my culture and our history. Ve y dile a tu abuela, que seremos el HALFTIME SHOW DEL SUPER BOWL.”

The 2025 Halftime Show, which was headlined by Kendrick Lamar, was watched by over 133 million viewers — higher than the viewership of the actual game itself. Fans of the the global superstar are thrilled to see Benito take on one of the world's biggest stages. But some people are less than excited about the 2026 performer, and took to social media to spout racist backlash, criticizing the musician's political stance and the fact that most of his music is in Spanish, not English.

“Football is an AMERICAN game, we’ve been trying to kick out illegals for YEARS. This will just bring them in,” one xenophobe wrote in the volatile comments section of Bad Bunny's Instagram collab announcement post with the NFL, Roc Nation, and Apple Music. “Will there be subtitles? Asking for 90% of the country,” wrote another Instagram user.

But for every racist or xenophobic comment on Instagram about Bad Bunny's global fan base, there were hundreds more praising the decision. “I hope he doesn’t utter a single word of English the entire show! LET’S GO, BAD BUNNY!” commented one fan. “The racism in this comment section is wild. Way too normalized. Bad Bunny is one of the top 3 most famous artists in this damn world. Yall can zip it,” chimed in another. (It's true: Bad Bunny has been ranked as one of the top three most-streamed artists on Spotify since 2019 and was the most-streamed artist from 2020 to 2022.)

The criticism continued on X, however, with conservative pundits accusing the NFL of “self-destructing” and making “the Super Bowl political," referencing Ocasio's previous comments about ICE and President Donald Trump; ICYMI, Bad Bunny chose not to tour in the United States after the release of Debí Tirar Más Fotos because of ongoing ICE raids.

“There were many reasons why I didn’t show up in the US, and none of them were out of hate—I’ve performed there many times,” he explained to i-D magazine earlier this month. “All of [the shows] have been successful. All of them have been magnificent. I’ve enjoyed connecting with Latinos who have been living in the U.S."

“But specifically, for a residency here in Puerto Rico, when we are an unincorporated territory of the U.S.,” Ocasio continued, "People from the U.S. could come here to see the show. Latinos and Puerto Ricans of the United States could also travel here, or to any part of the world. But there was the issue of like, f*cking ICE could be outside [my concert]. And it’s something that we were talking about and very concerned about.”

LIONS SECURE 8-0 ROAD RECORD WITH WIN OVER 49ERS

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- If there was any question on whether Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell would play or rest his starters ahead of the playoffs, he answered that immediately by going full throttle with his top guys on Monday night.

In a rematch of 2023 NFC Championship Game, the Lions got revenge, winning 40-34 after the San Francisco 49ers denied Detroit its first-ever Super Bowl appearance last season.

Detroit hadn't won a road game at San Francisco since 1975, losing 14 straight -- including the postseason -- but overcame a 21-13 first-half deficit to end that road drought against the 49ers.

The Lions also close the regular season with a perfect 8-0 record on the road -- the longest road winning streak in franchise history.

Detroit Lions (14-2)

QB breakdown: Lions quarterback Jared Goff was able to thrive in pressure moments on the prime-time stage. All three of Goff's touchdowns were on either third or fourth down. He now has 17 touchdowns and zero interceptions on third and fourth down this season. He also finished the game with 303 passing yards against the 49ers, while completing 26 of 34 passes.

Promising trend: WR Jameson Williams scored a receiving touchdown for a third straight game. Against the 49ers, he scored a 3-yard rushing touchdown as well as a 41-yard receiving touchdown in the first half. In last season's NFC championship at the 49ers, Williams also had multiple touchdowns. He is now 33 yards shy of the first 1,000-yard receiving season of his career.

Troubling trend: Detroit's defense. San Francisco quarterback Brock Purdy picked the Lions' defense apart with his accuracy and pinpoint playmaking, notably during the first half. The 49ers scored a touchdown on their first three possessions, with Purdy also completing two 40-yard passes in the game. Against tougher competition, such as the Minnesota Vikings this week, this could be a major issue. -- Eric Woodyard

San Francisco 49ers (6-10)

In an NFC Championship Game rematch that was supposed to be a battle of NFC titans, the 49ers and Lions entered Monday's matchup headed in decidedly different directions.

As 49ers end Nick Bosa succinctly put it on Thursday, "They're doing great, and we had an off year."

By Monday's kickoff, neither the 49ers nor the Lions really had much to play for as San Francisco was eliminated from postseason contention last week and Detroit's season finale against Minnesota is all that matters for the NFC's top seed.

That didn't stop the Niners, who were down to their fourth-string running back and left tackle and were missing key starters all over the roster, from pushing the equally if not more injured Lions to the brink in an entertaining offensive shootout.

There's no such thing as moral victories in the NFL, but Monday's defeat offered plenty of evidence that there is still plenty of fight left in the Niners and that their belief in coach Kyle Shanahan hasn't wavered. Those are things that can be helpful as they head toward an offseason that holds plenty of uncertainty and could bring a lot of change.

In more practical terms, Monday's loss is better for the 6-10 Niners in that it clinched a last-place schedule for them in 2025 and maintains their chances of holding on to the No. 11 pick in the next NFL draft.

Those are small consolations in a lost season that the 49ers didn't see coming, but if nothing else, they can take additional solace in the fact that a nightmare 2024 is almost over.

Describe the game in two words: All offense. It's little surprise that the high-octane Lions moved the ball up and down the field, but the 49ers' offense hasn't done much of that this season. The Niners and Lions scored touchdowns on their first five possessions combined and there wasn't an incomplete pass thrown by either side until 4:59 remained in the second quarter. By night's end, they combined for 74 points and 914 yards.

Most surprising performance: 49ers rookie receiver Ricky Pearsall has been mostly quiet since a big Week 10 performance in Tampa Bay, posting six catches for 58 yards in the ensuing six games. But Pearsall was prominently in the mix Monday night, finishing with 8 receptions for 141 yards and a touchdown. He's the first 49ers rookie since Deebo Samuel Sr. in 2019 to have 100 receiving yards and a score in a game.

QB breakdown: Purdy was, at least statistically, perfect for the better part of the first three quarters Monday night against the Lions. Holding a "perfect" passer rating of 158.3 with 4:19 left in the third quarter, Purdy overthrew Pearsall into the waiting arms of Lions safety Kerby Joseph for the game's first turnover. It put a damper on an otherwise stellar performance from Purdy, who finished 27-of-35 for 377 yards (a career high) with three touchdowns and a rushing score. In the final two minutes of the game, Purdy exited with an apparent elbow injury. He said postgame that he will have an MRI on Tuesday.

Troubling trend: 49ers kicker Jake Moody's struggles -- of which there have been many -- have largely been limited to the road this season. He hadn't missed a field goal or extra point attempt at Levi's Stadium. Until Monday night. He missed two field goals from over 50 yards (51 and 58). Moody was drafted in the third round because he's supposed to be able to convert those kicks. He also missed an extra point at the end of the fourth quarter. Since Week 10, he's 10-of-18 on field goal tries, a 55.6% conversion rate. Add kicker to the list of positions the 49ers will need to take a long look at in the offseason. -- Nick Wagoner

NINERS SCORN 'SELFISH' DE'VORDE CAMPBELL'S REFUSAL TO PLAY

SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- With injuries to their linebackers accumulating in the middle of the third quarter Thursday night against the Los Angeles Rams, the San Francisco 49ers turned to veteran De'Vondre Campbell to enter the game.

Campbell declined the invitation.

Then, in the fourth quarter, Campbell walked to the locker room with a towel over his head without playing a snap. After the Niners' 12-6 defeat at Levi's Stadium, head coach Kyle Shanahan explained that Campbell elected not to enter the game even though linebackers Dre Greenlaw (knee) and Dee Winters (neck) were dealing with injuries.

"He said he didn't want to play today," Shanahan said.

Campbell's decision and subsequent stroll to the locker room left Shanahan, teammates and coaches fuming after the loss. Shanahan said the plan was for Campbell to enter the game after Greenlaw had departed because he was dealing with some knee soreness. It was also Greenlaw's first game back from an Achilles injury he sustained in Super Bowl LVIII.

After Campbell said no, the Niners inserted Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles, the team's only healthy linebacker left on the roster, into the game. When the third quarter ended, Campbell walked to the locker room.

"People noticed, but when someone says that, you move on," Shanahan said. "That's somebody who doesn't want to play football. That's pretty simple. I think our team and myself, we know how we feel about that, so we don't need to talk about him anymore."

When asked whether Campbell would be released, Shanahan said simply, "We'll figure out something."

In the aftermath of a dispiriting defeat that almost certainly ends San Francisco's chances at a playoff berth, a few of Campbell's teammates declined to speak on the situation because word was just making its way around the locker room about what had happened. Linebacker Fred Warner and defensive end Nick Bosa said they didn't know enough details to offer much of an opinion.

"It's one person making a selfish decision. I've never been around anybody that's ever done that, and I hope I'm never around anybody who does that again."

Others, such as tight end George Kittle and cornerback Charvarius Ward, had plenty to say. Kittle spoke to reporters for about 11 minutes, and with each passing minute he seemed to grow more irritated with what had occurred.

Kittle lamented that he wasn't on the sideline when it all went down so that he could have intervened.

"I'm a leader on the team, and if that is something that is being a distraction on the sideline, I would've loved to voice my own opinion in the moment," Kittle said. "And we're past that moment. So, it doesn't matter what I wish I could have said or wish I could have done, but I don't like distractions on the sideline. I think that's ignorant. And I think it's just dumb. It's just stupid, and it's very immature. I just don't see how you could do something like that to your team."

Kittle added: "It's one person making a selfish decision. I've never been around anybody that's ever done that, and I hope I'm never around anybody who does that again."

The Niners signed Campbell as an unrestricted free agent from the Green Bay Packers in March with the idea that he would be the placeholder at weak side linebacker until Greenlaw returned. That signing came after veteran linebacker Eric Kendricks agreed to a deal with the Niners then backed out at the last minute to sign with the Dallas Cowboys instead.

Campbell started 12 of the team's first 13 games, with the lone exception being because the Niners started five down lineman and only one linebacker (Warner) before he entered. Coincidentally, that nonstart also came against the Rams. In the team's first 13 games, Campbell played 90% of San Francisco's defensive snaps with 79 tackles, including three for loss, and a pair of passes defended.

But with Greenlaw back, the Niners started in the nickel package with Greenlaw and Warner as the two linebackers, and Winters entering as the third option in base defense.

It wasn't until injuries to the other linebackers that Campbell revealed he didn't want to play, a decision that angered Ward, who played only weeks after the death of his 1-year-old daughter.

"He's a professional," Ward said. "He's been playing for a long time. If he didn't want to play, he shouldn't have dressed out. He could have told them that before the game. I feel like that was some selfish s--- that he did. It definitely hurt the team. Dee went down and we needed a linebacker. ... So, for him to do that, that's some selfish stuff to me, in my opinion. He's probably going to get cut soon, so it is what it is with that."
