Reigning 100m world champion Christian Coleman is to miss the 2020 Tokyo Olympics after being banned for two years by the Athletics Integrity Unit (AIU).
Coleman was previously banned by the independent body for "whereabouts failure" in June.
Coleman said he had been "shopping" and that he was "just five minutes away" as well as he had no idea a tester had visited his address for one of the tests.
"Unfortunately, we see this case as involving behavior by the Athlete as a very careless at best and reckless at worst. In those circumstances, we impose a two-year ban," read the AIU disciplinary report.
