FORMER PSL COACH LEAVES YANGA (YOUNG AFRICANS SPORTS CLUB)

Tanzanian giants Young Africans SC have confirmed the exit of former Premier Soccer League coach Milton Nienov.

The Brazilian goalkeeper coach left the club just a day after head coach Nasreddine Nabi left the club.

Local football fans will remember Nienov from his stints as Goalkeeper coach with Free State Stars, Polokwane City and Golden Arrows.

He spent a decade in South Africa after first arriving in the country with Vasco da Gama in 2008 – where he spent one season.

Yanga were the ninth club of his coaching career after he controversially joined them from rivals Simba SC.

Nienov was part of Nabi’s technical team, which won the double treble over the past two campaigns, but will leave the club when his current contract expires by the end of June.

Assistant coach Cedric Kaze, who was the head coach before Nabi, arrived has also left the club, as part of a massive turnaround in their technical team.
