Los Angeles Lakers gets a new head coach after finishing a miserable season.
Darwin Ham will lead the Lakers in their new journey to the "promise land".
Ham is no stranger to the Lakers as he was an assistant coach for two seasons.
His career in the NBA was of eight years (1996-97, 1999-2005), suiting up with Detroit, Atlanta, Milwaukee, Washington,Indiana and Denver.
In the 2004 Pistons championship team, Ham was a member.
After graduating from Texas Techbhe went on to play oversees. He played in Spain, the Philippines and Puerto Rico.
