The U.S. Olympic roster came out without Sha'Carri Richardson's name on Tuesday dashing her hopes for participating in the upcoming Tokyo Olympics.
She is currently complying with a ban for one month for testing positive for Marijuana.
USATF omitted her name out of the 130 names on the roster meaning she will not participate in the games.
She was due to join the team after her ban to run the 4x100 relay but now it's just a sad turn of events.
USATF had a discretion to pick any two out of the top four but decided to ditch Richardson at the end. The other two are English Gardner and Aleia Hobbs.
USATF put out a statement saying that they were "incredibly sympathetic" and they must maintain "fairness for all other athletes who attempted to realize their dreams by securing a place 0n the Olympic Track & Field Team."
