Recently Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) wrote a letter to the CEO of the Munchen club to request Mbaraka to come home and play with the U23 team as he was selected to help his country Tanzania.
Currently CECAFA U23 Challenge Cup is taking place in Ethiopia at a place called Bahir Dar.
