Former Chicago Bears legendary running-back Gale Sayers has passed away...
Sayers died at age 77 after a battle with dementia.
He is considered as one of the best running-back's of all-time even though he played only 68 career games.
He made All-Pro team five times and he was selected in the Hall-of-Fame in 1977 in the first ballot at age 34.
Gale is still the youngest ever to be inducted in the Hall-of-Fame.
The most moving moment of the Bears’ centennial celebration was when the great Gale Sayers, who is suffering from dementia, received a great ovation from the fans. #Bears100 pic.twitter.com/ng4YVaROTo
