GEORGE FOREMAN LOST HIS HEAVYWEIGHT AGED 25 & REGAINED IT 20 YEARS LATER

In 1974, 25 year old George Foreman was unbeaten heavyweight champion of the world until he faced Muhammad Ali in the legendary “Rumble in the jungle” when he was defeated in the eighth round.

Nearly 20 years later on November 5th, 1994 at 45 years old Foreman stepped back into wearing the same red shorts that he lost in. He went on to win in a huge upset knocking out Michael Moorer to reclaim the heavyweight world championship.
