Real Madrid manager Carlos Ancelotti has confirmed the move to Old Trafford.
United will need Casemero to plug the gaping defensive midfield hole at the club.
"I have spoken with Casemero," said the Ex-Everton boss.
"He want's to try a new challenge. We understand his decision.
"Casemiro will not play on Saturday. Negotiations are ongoing but he has to decide to leave Real Madrid. Yesterday I realised it was a real thing [Casemiro to Manchester Utd]. My plans wont change."
