The Canadian Ambassador to Tanzania, Pamela O'Donnell, has donated mini Basketball 🏀 hoops for kids at Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete Park.
Madam Ambassador was present for the handover with Tanzania's Basketball Federation Vice-President Rwehabura Munyagi Barongo as well as Mr. Mark from JMK Park.
Coach Bahati was there as well to witness the handover surrounded by many haply young kids.
Kids now don't have to throw the ball but have the chance to practise proper form with sizable hoop height.
The new Basketball Management in Tanzania is making huge strides in elevating the sport of basketball starting from the grassroots to the international stage.
