Kenya Legends successfully defended the SportPesa Legends Cup for the third year in a row after thrashing Uganda Legends 70-35 on aggregate in the 2025 edition of the tournament.
With a narrow 19-17 advantage from the first leg, the Kenya Legends recorded an emphatic 51-18 win in the second leg played at the RFUEA Grounds, the biggest margin since the inception of the tournament in 2023, to complete the three-peat.
A brace from Kenya 7s all-time top try scorer Collins Injera and Victor Mose as well as tries apiece from Wilson K’Opondo, Tony Owuor, Victor Sudi and Edwin Machanje got the job done against an overrun Ugandan side.
