F1: NICO HULKENBERG, CARLOS SAINZ AND LANCE STROLL REPRIMANDED AFTER ITALIAN GRAND PRIX

Italian Grand Prix stewards ruled that "significant" roles were played by Sainz, Nico and Stroll and therefore were reprimanded...
Both drivers are lucky to have escaped grid penalties.

All three drivers were deemed to be driving 'unnecessary slowly' at the start of the out-laps in Q3.

"Article 27.3 of the FIA formula 1 sporting regulations by car 27 (Hulkenberg) at 16:12 in turn 1, leaving the track without justifiable reason," was the breach that Nico was cited with.

It was a farcical ending to the Italian Grand Prix qualifying session as 8 drivers missed out on the final lap time.

The stewards "strongly recommend that the FIA expedite a solution to this type of situation."
