Indian Premier League (IPL) has been suspended due to Covid-19 cases rising.
Cases among players has been rising forcing IPL authorities to suspend the very popular league.
One player from Sunrises Hyderabad tested positive before a match with Mumbai Indians.
Kolkata Knight Riders' game with Royal Challenges Bangalore was postponed after two KKR players tested positive of Covid-19.
"The BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) does not wand to compromise on the safety of the players, support staff and other participants involved," said a statement from IPL on suspending the season.
